Understand Before Designing
We start with your audience, your goals, and your competitors. Interviews, analytics analysis, and journey mapping reveal what's actually blocking users — not what we assume is blocking them.
Service
Interfaces designed for lead acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.
Good UX is invisible. I design interfaces where the user finds what they're looking for without thinking — and where every screen subtly guides them toward the next stage of your funnel.

Design Systems
We start with your audience, your goals, and your competitors. Interviews, analytics analysis, and journey mapping reveal what's actually blocking users — not what we assume is blocking them.
Wireframes become interactive prototypes tested with real users before a single line of production code is written. Errors are detected early, when they cost the least to fix.
Beyond mockups, you get a documented design system: tokens, components, states, and usage rules. Designers, developers, and content teams stay aligned as you grow.
Acquisition, activation, retention — every stage of the tunnel is mapped, measured, and optimized. We identify the screens where users hesitate or drop off, then redesign them to remove friction and add reassurance.
Heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B tests turn opinions into evidence. Hypotheses are prioritized by potential impact and delivered as small, reversible experiments — not risky overhauls.
First-run experiences, empty states, education journeys, and lifecycle messaging are designed to bring users to their first win quickly and keep them coming back often.
Interfaces are reviewed according to WCAG 2.2 AA: contrast, focus, keyboard navigation, semantics for screen readers, motion preferences. Accessibility is a feature, not a checkbox.
My Method
Stakeholder interviews, user interviews, analytics, and heuristic review to map current behaviors and identify high-impact opportunities.
Information architecture, user flows, and wireframes of critical journeys. Validated with stakeholders and, when possible, real users.
Interactive Figma prototypes tested with five to eight users per round. Learnings are transformed into a prioritized redesign backlog.
High-fidelity UI, design system updates, and dev handoff. After launch, we measure the indicators that matter and iterate.
FAQ
We begin with a free discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and constraints.
Most missions last between 3 and 10 weeks depending on the scope.
Yes. I regularly collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and other freelancers.
Every project includes a post-launch period and the option to continue with monitoring or ongoing evolution.
UX is the structure and the journey — how users move through the product and reach their goals. UI is the surface — the visual layer they see and touch. Both matter; one without the other won't succeed.
Yes. I recruit, moderate, and synthesize interviews and usability tests. You receive the recordings, clips, and a written report with concrete redesign recommendations.
Absolutely. Most missions start with quick wins — clearer copy, better hierarchy, fewer steps — that increase conversion in weeks, not quarters.
The design is delivered in Figma with a documented system. I can also implement the UI in React, or hand everything over to your developers with clear specs and a Loom video.
